LFO

"Without LFOs, your synth is just standing still." A LFO (Low-Frequency Oscillator) in a synthesizer is a modulation source that generates slow-moving waveforms, typically below the range of human hearing (0.1 Hz – 20 Hz). It is used to modulate parameters such as pitch, amplitude, or filter cutoff, adding movement and expressiveness to a sound.
