By purchasing from Euro Synth Machines (ESM), you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in British Pounds (£ GBP) and are subject to change without notice.

We accept major payment methods, including credit/debit cards, and other secure payment options.

Orders will only be processed after full payment is received.
2. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days and shipped via selected carriers.

Delivery times vary based on location and shipping method.

International customers are responsible for customs duties and taxes.
3. Returns & Refunds
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to cancel your order and request a return for a full refund, even if the item is not faulty. If you choose to return a product, it must be in its original condition with all packaging and accessories included.
Additionally, under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have 30 days from delivery to return an item that is faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose for a full refund.
✅ If the item is faulty or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs.
❌ If you change your mind or no longer need the item, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
❌ Returns will not be accepted if the product has been modified, damaged, or is missing components.
4. Warranty
All products come with a minimum 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects, in compliance with UK consumer protection laws.
🔹 Short-Term Right to Reject (30 Days) – Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if a product develops a fault within 30 days, you are entitled to a full refund.
🔹 Repair or Replacement (Up to 6 Months) – If a fault develops after 30 days but within 6 months, we will offer a repair or replacement. If we cannot repair or replace the item, you are entitled to a partial or full refund, depending on the circumstances.
🔹 Extended Protection (Up to 6 Years) – Under UK law, consumers may claim for faulty goods for up to 6 years in England and Wales (or 5 years in Scotland) if the product was not of satisfactory quality at the time of purchase.
✅ Warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults arising from normal use.
❌ Warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by misuse, modifications, or improper handling.

Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality.

Faults caused by unauthorised repairs or third-party modifications.
5. Liability Disclaimer
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products.

Our products should only be used as intended and in accordance with safety guidelines.

We are not responsible for damage or injury caused by improper use, unauthorised modifications, or failure to follow operating instructions.

Our liability is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of defective products as stated in our warranty policy.
