Terms and Conditions

1. Warranty Coverage:

   • This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase.

   • The warranty is applicable only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

   • During the warranty period, ESM Electro Sound Machines will repair or replace, at its discretion, any product that proves to be defective in materials or workmanship.

1. Exclusions and Limitations:
   This warranty does not cover:

   • Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or neglect.

   • Unauthorized modifications or repairs.

   • Damage caused by accidents, including but not limited to drops, spills, or physical impact.

   • Damage caused by improper installation, incorrect voltage supply, or failure to follow operating instructions.

   • Cosmetic damage, including scratches, dents, and normal wear and tear.

   • Products that have had the serial number or labels altered, defaced, or removed.

   • Damage caused by environmental factors such as humidity, exposure to extreme temperatures, dust, or water.

1. Claim Process:
   To make a warranty claim, you must:

   • Provide proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).

   • Contact ESM Euro Synth Machines customer support at [Support Email/Phone Number] to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA).

   • Return the defective product, properly packaged, to the address provided by customer support.

   • The customer is responsible for shipping costs to return the product. ESM will cover the shipping cost for the repaired or replaced product.

1. Repair or Replacement:

   • If the product is determined to be defective under warranty, ESM will repair or replace it at no additional cost.

   • If the exact model is no longer available, ESM reserves the right to replace it with a similar product of equal or greater value.

   • Repaired or replaced products are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period or 90 days from the repair/replacement date, whichever is longer.

1. Limitation of Liability:

   • ESM’s liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective products as stated above.

   • In no event shall ESM be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product, even if ESM has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

   • ESM does not assume any responsibility for loss of data, damage to other equipment, or loss of use resulting from the failure of this product.

1. Governing Law:

   • This warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

   • Any disputes arising from or relating to this warranty shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England and Wales.
